I don't know why both of you've suddenly gone all night owl, but between the three of us, Malik's got the least recent trauma affecting him. I'm not going to play the stress disorder measuring game, but at least one of us, and hopefully both of you, aren't constantly reliving their own multiple day affair of being tortured and killed by someone they trusted. So whoever that is I'd rather like it if they either explained what the hell is going on, or got some rest so I didn't feel like I'm about to get a lecture on the nasty side effects of sleep deprivation, which neither are you are allowed to give, considering the circumstances.

Because Malik's two hobbies are lecturing me and making my life miserable, both at the same time if he can manage it. But more importantly that all sounds like a bunch of rubbish. Malik, unlike you has a somewhat normal idea about common sense, so unless he'd gone mad I don't see him making any sort of those bets. You on the other hand, are just about as terrible a liar as him, which is "absolutely horrible at it".

Bloody- Do you have any idea how long I've been trying to get a bed?!

And what wasn't? Worrying about what's wrong with the people on my team? Trying to see if it's something that could be affecting others who just might not happen to be trained in the fine art of killing anything that's a threat? Making sure that it's not going to happen to anybody I'm fond of? Any of those Desmond?

Or perhaps it's that I was doing that while getting a bit of privacy, you know, what you told me to give you just moments before you attacked? I'm not sure if you noticed, but both of you up means that I've got to watch myself, because at least whatever happened to you, it happened to both of you, so there's a bit of an understanding. Me? Oh no, even if both of you had a merry slog through my mind, you didn't go through it first hand, now did you?

Now if you don't mind I'm going to get dressed and head out to a place with a warm bed, hopefully this little matter is just some unsatisfied tension between you two and you'll have it worked out after a few days. I hope you don't mind me not being around, but I don't give a toss if you do, considering that you're both already shutting me out of this.

But it was a dick move to head for the places you knew you'd be in danger.

I guess you didn't notice the part where I decided to head off and think again about visiting Cesare, and that part where going into a dangerous little cave is in general, rather lonely. And here's an idea, my teammates wind up in a rough state, do you really think I'm going to be looking for answers in a field of flowers? Perhaps even the den of fluffy rabbits? No? Oh right, how about the cave that's got a set of pools that give you a mass revelation of what's been going on at home? Somehow I thought that was going to be more likely.

But you know the honest truth of it? I'm glad you generally don't care what happens to me out there, because I couldn't take a few more of your bouts of "caring", lord knows you might use the blade next time.
