Date: 2011-03-27 04:25 am (UTC)also I'm going to hypothesize Turkey on Shaun: ... can I punch him? Oh I can? /PUNCH IN THE GUT
Malik on Zhores: Malik is still unsure about how to feel about Zhores! ARE YOU WITH ME OR AGAINST ME? Or are you just an opportunist and will take advantage of any opportunity he sees? In any case, Malik will be keeping a close eye on Zhores and will also be a bit of an opportunist and use Zhores to help understand anything and everything that he needs and wants to know. Teach me how to troll Shaun, Zhores.
Malik on Shaun: OKAY, so he feels a bit bad for the "worse than a novice" remark, but he was angry at Shaun for what he did and is doing with Cesare. SHAUN IS... really not the best first impression he can get of the modern day crew, and his expectations for the rest are kinda low. And Malik does feel some sort of happiness at training Shaun in the arts of free-running, even if Shaun's athletic capabilities suck balls. Remember, Malik is only killing you with exercise because he cares Shaun, truly. And yes he does get frustrated at Shaun's lack of skills, BUT YOU WILL JUMP ROOFTOPS YET!!
all in all, I'm just going to quote a kinkfic.
“Why did you even bother to come for me?” Altaïr asked, genuinely curious. Malik had mellowed towards him slowly, during the missions, but Altaïr would not be surprised if he would not ever be forgiven. After all, the man had more than just cause: Altaïr had caused him to lose an arm, his brother, and had also caused the siege at Masyaf.
“Because despite your arrogance and incompetence you are still one of us,” Malik pointed out stiffly, “Had I been the one captured, would you have come for me?”
“Of course,” Altaïr said, “You need not even ask. But I have caused-”
“You are still one of us,” Malik repeated quietly, “Even if I cannot always understand it, but you are one of us until Al Mualim says otherwise, and so for me the choice is simple. If I must die for you I will, just like I will for any of the brothers.”
