We would like to know your thoughts on who remains from the second clue.

All right, let's see... I've been making an effort to help out with the clues. Granted, anyone can do that regardless of role, but regarding Hatter's mix-up the moment I saw it I made certain to immediately ask him for the correct combination of names. Was it me and Malik? Was it Black*Star and whatshisface? The sooner that got clarified, the better for everyone. It may not be that strong of an argument, but the fact that I was quick on it despite it being a clue that might end up naming my team when the whole flock was pressed for time should at least count for something.

I was the only one to vote on Takaya in suspicion. My reason was that obviously I'm not going to vote on myself, and I didn't see any good reason to vote on Ash and Hisoka. Nearly all the votes on them landed after I voted on Takaya, which made me even more wary that they were being scapegoated. In ousting one of Takaya's main arguments for why it wasn't me was Hatter's mixup, yet the guy didn't even get the point I'd been trying to make. He claimed that Hatter ought to know who his wolves are. It seemed like too much of a stretch and a dumb move, whereas Ash seemed like a frustrated sheep who made some sloppy moves. The only part that bothered me was whether the guy's lack of voting was him being a sloppy sheep. That's something I've asked Hiro, Itachi, Demyx and Setsuna about, in public and private. And as I said to Hiro privately, "Hisoka's a creepy fuck, but if he turned out to be a sheep it'd annoy me to have voted on him and fallen for such an easy ploy this early on."

Sensing a repeat last night with all the votes on Hiro, I seriously didn't want to do the same thing in suspicion. I'm pretty sure I was the second vote and it was on Demyx and Setsuna - because I didn't think it was Itachi. All the votes on the others piled up after that, so it's like my vote had no effect on the outcome. But I ended up voting for Hiro in ousting since Itachi's comments had made sense to me. I regret that now, but my one vote wouldn't have made much difference then. I'd voted fourth, when there were already two votes on Hiro and one on Itachi - it could have gone either way after that, but almost everyone piled on Hiro.

The last thing I want to bring up is the voting order for the first night:

[info]nocturnemission -- Tachibana & Takaya
[info]asterisking -- Tachibana & Takaya
[info]healingcock -- Hisoka & Ash
[info]notmakingout -- Hisoka & Ash
[info]bronevolence -- Hisoka & Ash
[info]stolengood -- Hisoka & Ash
[info]nooohandouts -- Tachibana & Takaya
[info]velocivector -- Tachibana & Takaya
[info]necessaryevil -- Hisoka & Ash

Hisoka & Ash
5 (55.6%)

Tachibana & Takaya
4 (44.4%)

My vote on Takaya had brought the poll to a tie, and was only broken by a final last minute vote by Itachi. Placing a vote on Takaya at that point - to create a tie, no less- seems a little risky for a wolf. But hey, this is only my second game, maybe I'm missing something.

Okay.

But I gotta say, it wouldn't be a risk if both of the people up for ousting were sheep. If you're a wolf, what do you care if it's a tie?

. . . Great job, self. Next time remember to double-check things completely.

Yeah, you're right. I screwed up on that detail. It would have make a lot more sense if someone else were the third team, so scratch that. I still think it's worth bringing up that I voted for the same guy that two confirmed sheep voted for - Hiro and Ankh both voted for Takaya. The first night's pretty murky, but given that at that point in time a lot of people could guess Hisoka might be scapegoated, I still think there's some merit there.

Maybe, but them being confirmed sheep doesn't automatically mean they know how to pick the right guys.

It's a lot of information, though. I'll have to think about it.

I know. I figured I'm mention it anyway since the wolves would have no way of knowing that those particular guys would end up being confirmed as sheep later on. After all, these ones weren't eaten.

Any more questions, ask them whenever.

I'll try to think of any if they come up.
